READ EVERYTHING!! --------------------------------- Hello there to all in the MerKingdom !! let's make this clear: I WAS NOT PAID TO DO THIS. ITS AN HONEST REVIEW... carry on. So I was contacted by a company called ZAFUL.COM to do a review on some items in their store. The first thing that seemed weird was the person who contacted me. She had an email for dresslily.com….. okayyy???? So I was contacted again to do an "iTry"… initially they gave me $40 I looked through the shop and saw prices like H&M so maybe $13- $40 for single items. I said it would not be enough and they gave me $50. Since the shop is located in China (I had to find that out on my own) I expected the package to take a while in the mail. I submitted the order April 13. Received the package May 17 and filmed this May 18. I got a handful of emails stating that they need the video out now and I should have received the package already. That bothered me. Anyway… In the review you see me open it and I tell you my first impression. SWIMSUIT The swimsuit was dirty. Against the light the bottoms of the suit had brown spots seeping into the cloth. The top of the swim suit had threads falling off. Which gave me the impression it was rushed to make or it would fall apart if I go into the water. TANK TOP The tank top was awesome. It’s long enough to be a dress which I love… but the letters on the shirt stick to each other (I'm going to assume that if i wash this in a machine the letters will melt). It’s also quite thin. So you need to wear shorts underneath. DRESS The dress needs alterations. There is extra fabric around the waist that is not flattering at all. It doesn’t cinch at the waist like shown on the websites picture and threads fell out everywhere. The fabric is thick which is good but then there is only a small button to secure the top of the dress. If you do end up purchasing from the site just be a little cautious okay!
