► Here's a quick introduction to "Yottekoya", a Kyoto style Tonkotsu (pork) Ramen shop, and let me start by saying, it's really delicious. Their soup stock base is extremely rich and satisfying, it tastes like eating a whole pig, roasted over open fire, slightly smoked and salty. It's good, it's very, very good, it's amazingly good, or let me put it another way : I like it. :-) It's located a 3 minutes walk from Shinjuku Stations South exit (minami guchi) and oh, I should mention, it's inexpensive too, their "standard" tonkotsu ramen is just 750 yen, so no excuses not trying it. - Enjoy!
