from what I've heard, if you know programming you can get a good developer job out there, and that's my plan
-
It used to be nearly impossible to work outside of being an English teacher. I returned in the military, though. They try to get gaijin men and women involved in prostitution. I was approached 14 years ago about that but declined. It sounds like gaijin have many more opportunities in Japan lately.
-
So it would be the equivalent of saying you have a job vs a career. Normally I hate the service industry, but I think it would be good to have this kind of baito at first to help me learn Japanese quicker.
-
i don't think i could become a cop in japan.i've never seen a gaijin cop.it's very unusual
-
cute outfit 94 points extra credit
-
I can work with Uber?
-
Someone pls tell me whether this plan sounds realistic:
Get my GCSEs
Get A levels
Go to Japan, and work, learn language.
Start creating manga.
-IF IT DONT WORK OUT
I have my GCSEs and A-levels so I have something to fall back into.
IF IT DONT WOEK OUT
Go to university and study Japanese---- then go to Japan. -
They all say that Japanese work has tough work hours and you gotta stay over time. Is there any jobs that doesn't require you to stay overtime? AND they don't even pay u if u stay overtime. Yet they expect you to
-
By baito is it actually quit any time? Like ANY? for example 1 week later u can just say I quit?
-
To be fair, the jobs you mentioned suck.
Why would we go there to work as a minimum salary over time no life labourer.. -

-
I hope you reply to my message but how hard would it be for someone with just a high school diploma in the US with no knowledge in japanese to find a decent paying job in japan(enough to survive and live decentlly)?
-
Whats the chances of someone who understand a basic amount of Japanese like every day speak (I'm illiterate in it) getting a job in a games company? I'd really love to do that. I actually know they are wanting jobs in PR now aswell at the place I'm thinking of.
-
"Yes. You. Can. YOU CAN!"

Hey Mira, thanks for your videos, you are really helping me out.
I have a question about doing extra hours in Japan, I am a programmer and project leader from Germany and I want to get a similar office Job in Japan. So my question is, do big Companies expect from you to do extra hours? I heard that japanese people tend to work a lot longer, so yeah can I just do my 8 hours of work and go home or will they give me the evil look? Dont get me wrong, I have no problem doing extra hours if necessary, i am just a lazy person =)
Thanks for your help!
Greetings Tomasz
