I'm a Texan myself (SA born and raised!) so I think Japanese cuisine would be a major obstacle for me. Not one for raw food (especially raw seafood). -

Can I ask...are there many vegetarians living in Tokyo? The reason I ask is because I'd love to go there for a holiday some day but don't know if I'd be OK food wise. Tokyo looks like a beautiful place.
