You need a Shinto-Priest to purify your aparto... some japanese people do these, when they bought a use car, to get rid of the spirit from the last owner. This should give you a better feeling for further living in your new home.

You can put a shower rod and curtain in the shower. I had the same bathroom and had no trouble with a wet floor. Well sometimes I was drunk and would sit on the tub wall while showering but that was kinda nice to be able to soak the whole place and have it drain nicely.

I'm confused... what's so weird about the bathroom??? If you put a curtain, the floor probably wouldn't get wet. Don't all bathrooms have sinks, showers and toilets????

I might move to Japan to take some of those "White Monkey" jobs. Buy a cheap shower rod and curtain, suddenly your shower becomes separate from the rest of the bathroom...

I moved to Mississippi and got a 2 bedroom townhouse for $588...this apartment is what i would get for $700 if I still lived in chicago but maybe less appealing
