Thanks you so so much for this wonderful video upload. It lets us fish ignorant English UK see what fish means to the Japanese and what actual care is in the presentation to the public and the buyers. They say here in the UK that a shoe mender (snobber’s) shoes are never mended, it means they have enough of shoes at work without dealing with their own! Does this mean some Japanese Fish Market workers get fed-up with fish?
