Hey Simon and Martina! I showed a coworker your video during a break and she says she has tried Coco Curry and agrees it is amazing. But she also says her Oba has a recipe that is extremely close to what you have tried, but when she's asked for the recipe her grandmother clams up. But what she does know is the secret ingredient is hidden in a tin that is put away immediately after its added. So it possibly really is cocaine or MSG! Haven't found the tin yet. lol

I wouldn't think of it as indian curry ever, mostly because it isn't, modern curry is very much english, sauce on curry for one is british.

How the heck did you eat Level 10? Level 3 was enough for me. Well, tbh I could've definitely gone higher, but I ended up getting acid reflux that night, and my throat was in pain for the remainder of the week! Still worth it though. Always love Coco Curry :3
