FULL THAI RECIPE https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.571573369523376.140365.457251584288889&type=1 FULL ENGLISH RECIPE BELOW Quesadilla Tuna with Guacamole Ingredients 4 Tbsp arrabbiata sauce 4 sheets flour tortilla 120 grams scraped mozzarella cheese 2 cans tuna in olive oil 30 grams black olive cut into wedges 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped Sour cream and parsley bunch for decoration Carrot cut into sticks for serve Guacamole 1 Ripe Hass avocado 1 Tbsp shallot, finely chopped ½ Peeled and pitted green sweet pepper, cut into dices 2 Tbsp sour cream 1 Tsp lemon juice 3/8 Tsp ground salt 1/3 Tsp black pepper powder Steps 1. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado. Add shallot, sweet pepper and sour cream. Stir them well. Seasoning with lemon juice, salt and black pepper. After well combined, keep refrigerated. 2. Spread arrabbiata sauce thinly over flour tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pureed tuna. Add black olive and finely chopped parsley. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over, cover by flour tortilla, and grill in the pan using medium heat. Wait until the flour turned golden and the cheese melted. Lift out of the pan and cut into 6 triangle pieces. Decorate with sour cream and parsley bunch. Serve with guacamole and carrot sticks.
