This is another typical late 1980s or early 1990s Mitsubishi elevator in Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan (I couldn't find the exact year of construction). This place is quite weird, it's probably for Karaoke or something, as this elevator didn't allow me to return to the 1st floor after going to the 3rd floor, so I had to take the stairs to get back down.
