Hungry for sushi in Tokyo? Who isn't in love with this incredible Japanese cuisine, today I present my Ultimate Sushi Guide for Tokyo in which I will take you to high-tech, good-value, and the best sushi restaurants. -- Can we make it to 1,000 LIKES? -- Secret sushi places, photos, maps & videos on my full sushi guide article on my blog: http://www.reformatt.com/ultimate-sushi-guide-tokyo 5. Uobei in Shibuya 4. Tenka Sushi in Shibuya 3. Heiroku Sushi in Harajuku 2. Sushi Zanmai in Roppongi 1. Sukiyabashi Jiro in Roppongi (Jiro's son) Historically, sushi was invented to preserve fish in fermented rice, later the Japanese preferred to eat the fish & rice together thus a new dish was born. Nowadays, sushi is immensely popular worldwide to an extend that sushi is even served on naked 'sushi' girls. Kicking off this list at Uobei, one of the most modern high-tech sushi conveyor belt restaurants in Tokyo where sushi is shipped to you on a personal tray by conveyor. Uobei offers tasty nama-salmon, although this is a discount sushi joint, don't settle for the sea-urchin, cheeseburger or albacore tuna sushi. Support my channel and become a subscriber! So the first half the video is one single sushi place where most of the sushi ranges from mediocre to terrible. The last 1/4 is plugs for your other videos. Yet this is the "Ultimate sushi guide to Tokyo?" Really? BTW - from what I've read multiple times, Jiro's sushi has been surpassed by other places in Tokyo not even mentioned here. Change the title to "A few sushi places I went to one day in Japan" so you don't waste people's time looking for an ACTUAL, expert guide.

The best sushi I had in my life (so far :-) ) was at the Tsukiji Fish Market, in one of the small shops inside the market area, in front of the tuna auctions buildings.
It was 6 am but it was so good I had to go for seconds! -
After eating sushi in Japan, sushi anywhere else in the world just doesn't cut it. Still, we make the best of what we have here in Toronto! 🍤🍥🍲🍘🍙🍱🍜🍢🍡🍣
