Trip to a Hot Spring Theme Park - Oedo Onsen in Odaiba Japan | Tokyo
Information | History | View | Sightseeing | Video
Most people know that a popular way to relax in Japan is to go to the onsen (hot spring). And in the summertime, a great way to have fun is to attend festivals. Well, Oedo onsen in Odaiba combines these two things in an onsen theme park. People were asking about the onsen. They have an English website where you can find out all the details http://www.ooedoonsen.jp/en/top/. I visited this onsen many years ago, but I could not remember the name. Next time I am in Toukyou I will stop by again. I liked everything except for the skin eating fish and the killer foot path. BTW kids are so cute! Another thing I remember about visiting Japan, which is unusual (if not weird) is that except perhaps in the big tourist areas, you do not hear English spoken. Another thing was the train songs. There are Saru in Nara and Shika in Nikko. Here in Yosemite you might, and I mean might, see a bear if you are lucky. Japan has lots of semi in summer. We do too but ours are not very brave and have very quiet voices. Japan also has castles and my favorite was near Toyama, Kanazawa I think is the name. Somewhere we have hotaru, but I have never seen them. Japan has hotaru, yes, please do video about hotaru. And Japan has lantern festival which is very beautiful. I can go on and on....ごちそうさまでした。

I want to go to the one in Tokyo, but can't save enough for it at the moment, oedo looks too fun haha, I think the closest hot spring to me is a state away in new Mexico, I don't think Arizona has any, just mostly desert and mountains
