Oh Kisai is the name of the manufacturer, Tokyoflash is the seller/producer for them. It's quite complicated because Tokyoflash also makes and sells their own branded watches, but they look different from the Kisai ones, and they are sold on the same website. They used to sell Casio watches also, as long as their design is special.
