The site is called SB-X.jp , SB stands for Shutokou Battle , X is 10 which makes it Shutokou Battle 10 , but thats Import Tuner Challenge.
Speaking of that , you should do a lets play on it , it doesnt have as much content as other TXR games but on a first playthrough its really amazing. -

Got some bad news. According to Gematsu, Famitsu App also posted about the countdown page which could be seen as a strong indication that it will be a mobile game. If it is I don't even see this game leaving Japan considering their last Shutokou game was actually a Japan exclusive mobile game too back in 2011. Who knows really, I'm just saying reel in your excitement a bit until things are official.
