If you want to challenge yourself and your car at drifting, this is the guy to come see. For this race, I used the Nissan Silvia S13 that I built near the start of the game. It only had about 330-350PS and was running on NORMAL tires. So the lack of acceleration is due to slippage in the tires - just another added challenge to this race. Most of the parts are Level 2, but there was a Level 4 transmission, clutch, and turbo kit (just the kit - not the intercooler, turbine, or air cleaner). This goes to show that with enough practice and luck - you can beat even the hardest of rivals on this game.
