Thats the one thing i never like about the male protagonists in some things, when they're chauvinistic or chivraly is really overbearing to the point they just treat the girls like its impossible for them to do anything, i know its just to setup how actually useful the girls are though, but it really just makes me hate the guy cause i already know the girls awesome and you have to play as the guy or the guys the main focus of the series
also the generic guy main character as well,lol maybe they're that way so you can project yourself onto them easier? likely not. long comment -
