1. I can't agree with the judgement of the trial. The reason was the establishing of a new Law Crime against Peace and Humanity, which were definitely the legislation of specified duration. In short, authorities establish the Law against hugging women suddenly, and the new law give us penalty to people have done with hugging women before. These days, legislation of specified duration is under a taboo in legal circles.

12. The sick thing about all of this is that today, in Tokyo, there is a monument/shrine to the Japanese war criminals who are revered and worshiped in the way a Saint would be for Catholics. People come there, bow their heads and praise their names. It is 100% the same as if Berlin today had a shrine to Hitler, Himmler, Goering and Goebbels that Germans prayed at and worshiped. Germany is ashamed and embarrassed by this time in history, Japan is proud! Terrible.

Most of the recorded deaths of Japanese POWs in Allied hands are mostly due to suicide.
20. No, you liar! The facts are, the Chinese and British treated their Jap POWs fairly well, however the Soviet Union had some 800,000 Jap prisoners and some 60,000 died under harsh conditions - German POWs were also badly treated by the Soviets.
