14. Are you supposed to eat sushi upside down, rice up and fish down as taste buds are on the tongue, just wondering. It looks absolutely superb. I have never been to Japan, a friend of mine goes frequently and he says until you go over there you don't understand what sushi is. May I ask how much a feast like this costs per head, just being curious.
