@deadvodka They say "We close the Sky Deck without advance notice due to bad weather such as rain, heavy fog, or strong winds". I wish it will be fine when you come to Roppongi again.

To me, this is the best video on YouTube.com! Greatly appreciated. The quality of the night-view could be better, though I know how hard it is to capture. ;-) Is the observation deck of Roppongi Hills now regularly open to the public? When I've been there 2 years ago, it was closed... got to check it out this summer.
