I play both. Rugby is awesome for the length and the fitness it takes where as 7s is good for its flat out fast pace and the pure will it takes to win a single game

In normal Rugby you have more tackles than sevens .

i play mainly normal rugby, but i also play sevens in pre summer and i find it fun since its something that the fittest will win at =D

i played both codes sevens in league is crazy ...and playing 13 aside is much easier ...and in union played sevens and 15 also and sevens is craziness way too much but I love of it....

This is rugby. And you have obviously never played 7's. It is so much harder than Rugby Union. I play both and 7's is so much harder.
