American ramen expert Brian is on a quest for the ultimate ramen in Ramen-do. He heads to Shinasoba Tanaka Second in Akihabara with Rina Hirata (AKB48). 英語が話せてもおざなりの感想じゃ意味なし。せめて魚介云々の話しもできないのかな。麺、スープ、加えてご飯のインプレッションもなし、食べてるときの反応もデスマスク。

I always try to find shio when searching for ramen. shio is my favorite ramen and I always order it with "men to soup dake". just soup base and noodles. to me ramne is about the soup base and noodles first, not the toppings.
