It was late September, in Tokyo, Japan. Everyone was out of their minds, even the cameraman. We stayed up, enjoyed the nightlife, partook of ramen in copious amounts, then wandered the alleyways amid the love hotels. Youthfulness and lust permeated every corner of these Shibuya streets, as did restaurants, bars, and massage parlors to fulfill the desires of the vivacious night dwellers of District 109. As the trains began to start back up, I made my way to a neighboring district to watch the sunlight set the sky ablaze at Ebisu Garden Place. Taxis, dog owners, joggers, and school children — not to mention the partygoers returning from Shibuya — were out and about even at this unreasonable hour. 日本の方、どうぞ、ご覧下さい！ If you are a foreigner living in Japan, I hope you approve of this as an accurate portrayal of this small, but significant, part of this country. And if you have never been to this part of the world, it is my pleasure to expose you for the next sixteen minutes to Tokyo after-hours, unadulterated and carefully edited.
