#khornichiwa This impromptu trip with one of my best bud brought us to Tokyo! Barely planned much for this trip as we book our flights just mere 5 days before we departed and impromptu travel plans like such got to be one of the best decision I've made thus far hahaha! As Tim has friends in Tokyo, we met up with a few of them on some days and spent the rest exploring places, or rather him bringing me around as he's been in Tokyo more than 3 times! This trip was a really budgeted trip since it was impromptu but we enjoyed it fully as we saved on any that we can! Along Tokyo Metro Lines *Useful Tips* - Get the Tokyo Metro Passes from the airports! I got mine at the arrival hall in Narita Airport. + This helps you to save A LOT on traveling around Tokyo as long as you're on the Tokyo Metro Lines! - Cheapest Airport Transport to City | Tokyo Shuttle Bus // Buy the next available timing for the shuttle bus that brings you to Tokyo Station which is the city centre and train out to where your accoms is at from the station - Get your Disneyland Tickets from the Disney store at Shibuya so you can save time from queuing at the ticketing booth on the day you're going to Disneyland! - Buy snacks/food from familymart before heading to Disneyland so it helps you save money when you're there for the entire day - Bring around a bottle of water and refill it at the restaurants/food places you're eating at :P - Buy your souvenirs from Don Quijote as snacks are definitely the best gifts you can get from Japan and it's not expensive! - Other than the usual Tokyo Bananas people usually get as souvenirs, some other stuffs you can get: Instant Version of Ichiran Ramen, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, Kit Kats of every flavour! Tokyo Bananas have an expiry date, so the next best thing is really Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory!!
