    but in the first season when they attempt to rescue Kaneki they fight Noro, which if you remember Uta attacked him and when he did, he pierced his hands right through him, and he wasn't even trying in the least when he did that, so clearly we don't know the extent of Uta's strength, for all we know he could have enough power to tear through the one-eyed owl in one movement. so clearly Uta needs to be #1 on this list
