the thibg that made me wonder was the needle that was inserted in sasike to, like you said, transplant human blood. but how did the needle insert sasike? ik that he's a half ghoul. but he is a ghoul meaning any metal but a kagune cant pierce them.

Also remember, in the end of Tokyo Ghoul, when Kanou and Eto were talking and then Kanou was talking about how he wished Kaneki wouldve lasted and how he was a success and then Eto suggested that they make more of Kaneki. Then revealed her dad in the tube/body things.
