3. Hmm, a legendary Sichuan restaurant... in Akasaka... founded 50 years ago... adapted szechuan dishes for Japanese taste... Can it be "Shisen Hanten," originally opened by Chen Kenmin, father of the Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi?
