Thanks for your informative video. For example where I live in Shanghai China, homeowners are MUST required to pay the association fee or HOA fee every month to maintain or improve the community of their residential properties. Beside all the other fees like utilities bill, cable bill, parking garage, securities etc. The more upscale the building and the more amenities it has, the higher the homeowners' association fees are likely to be. I am a homeowner of 中鹰黑森林, So my HOA maintenance fees are pretty quite high.
