This bus is the Tokyo Metropolitan Bus, called Toei Bus. This bus route (Rainbow 01 route) starts Tokyo Big Sight (Building for international exhibition) , goes west and passes Rainbow Bridge, go north, passes coastal industrial zone, and finally arrives at Hamamatsucho Station (JR East Yamanote Line, Tokyo Monorail Line). (notice) This route was abolished at April, 2013.

Nice bus ride and great video. I enjoyed the trip, it is a shame that the route no longer exists.
