The two panoramic observation decks, one in each tower on floor 45 (202 meters [663 ft] high), are free of charge to the public and contain gift shops and cafes. Famous landmarks such as Mount Fuji (富士山), the Tokyo Skytree (東京スカイツリー), Tokyo Tower (東京タワー), Meiji Shrine (明治神宮) and the Tokyo Dome (東京ドーム) can be seen from the observatories depending of weather. Tocho-mae Station (都庁前駅) on the Toei Oedo Subway Line (都営地下鉄大江戸線) is located in the basement of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The building is also about 10-minute walk from the west exit of JR Shinjuku Station (新宿駅).
