Ragla Magla is hands down the best thrift shop I found in Shimokitazawa. Even though prices don't fall like don don down on wednesdays, the 990 yen flat price tag on everything is pretty wonderful. Have yo been to Seoul? You would totally dig hongdae. Its the dirtiest and coolest neighborhood in seoul. Maybe the best....not just saying that because I live there. Whats great about it because its so dense 80% of it isn't features online or in anybodies youtube channel. If you come Id be happy to guide you!

Cool video, I'd love to visit that area next time I go to Japan. I definitely have to agree, most things in Tokyo are pretty damn cheap besides rent, which is still cheaper than many areas in Los Angeles.

you should visit jiyugaoka it has a lot of very nice cafes and small restaurants, it has a small lake and no high buildings it kinda reminds me of amsterdam or something.
