If you've never worked in a restaurant you'll never understand the importance of family meal. During college sometimes this was my only meal or main meal of the day.

Wow "home-style cooking" done by the elite chefs of the world... Can only imagine what that meal tastes like.

i love the idea of this but my OCD is driving me nuts watching this and some folks have open sores.

They don't wear hair caps, yet a lot of them have long hair, I don't think their food is as clean as people may think. they're sometimes not wearing gloves which can be okay, but the hair is defiantly a no go.
