You need my commercial dual fuel yakitori grill....
-
This seems a little too precious--most home cooks can cook over charcoal. BTW you can debone chicken wings just by firmly pushing the bones out length-wise.
-
Just get a small portable CHARCOAL grill for your kitchen... it's actually NOT that hard....
This is a novelty dish I'd try once... but I'd want the real thing.... -
only 20???
-
Can't cook over a charcoal grill "because New York", but somehow manages to smoke the wings...?
-
I'm sure it's good, but looks more like Yakitori inspired. I thought part of the deal with using Bintochan charcoal for Yakitori was that it does not impart any flavor to the meat? I think any smoke flavor is from the chicken juices dripping on the charcoal.
-
What kind of stove top is that?
-
where is it not allowed not to cook over charcoal in NY?
-
This is not yakitori. Fuck that pan fried shit.
-
nice tip with the chicken wings !!!
-
Very very nice, you can see the passion he has threw his work ethic.
-
So for those portions more than 1 chicken has to die.. I find it not a sustainable way of using food sources
-
Why can't he use charcoal in New York?
-
It's crazy my 2nd grade teacher is David chang's sister
-
I never seen that kind of yakkitori in Japan!
-
why not remove all the damn bones tho
-
FEED ME!!!!
-
A. He is talking about nyc, not ny in general. B. You can have an indoor smoking box, not charcoal powered in nyc like they do at noodle bar C. You can have charcoal cooked food in nyc like dinosaur bbq but the cost of the initial operation set up and meeting regulations literally costs millions
-
I wonder if this would work with duck wings
-
