I think you might have a little mistake in your video. In 1:43 you talk about German-American shooting society, whereas in the picture there's Deutch-American Schutzen. If it was shooting society, they would use Schießen or Schießverein. Schutzen basicly means to shelter. Of course I don't know the whole story, so maybe there was a shooting range there. In that case sorry in advance :)
