Healthy options on fast food restaurant menus can be hard to come by, but there are actually a decent handful of healthier options in addition to the caloric explosions you might come across. Its still all processed food who cares, do you know how much nutritional value food loses when you process it...
-
this is completely based on calories... that's not what makes food unhealthy. you're just picking the smallest meal item they have and basically listing it as healthy
-
Might as well do
Best : Half an hamburger
Worst : Hamburger -
also, it's not like ppl only order the food, then you've got fizzy sodas and sides with the meal to consider

Im getting hungry!!

Screw you for basing health off of only the amount of calories and fat. That's not what makes it unhealthy.
-
Wow... A lot of these are as many calories as I eat in a whole day lol
-
The McDonalds cheeseburgee has less caloriea than the chixken sandwich.
-
It was surprising just how low cal some of the healthy items were.

Great video! Would like to see more videos like this!

Very helpful indeed! And surprising in cases. Never mind about healthy, but at least we get a good idea of how to navigate these places.

Is it bad that I liked all the worst things lol :/

i loved this video it was super helpful! i work a lot and go to school so usually don't get time to make healthy food! but this video really helped me. i am actually surprised about subway lol i guess now i know what to get !
-
At subway I get a 6 inch veggie delite on wheat with whatever cheese, spinach, olives, banana and green peppers, jalepenos, and red onion. Then, I take it home and put plain greek yogurt on it for sauce. I love it!
At chipotle I get a brown rice bowl with chicken, fajita veggies, black beans, lettuce, corn salsa, and pico de gallo. No cheese or sour cream, but I do add greek yogurt at my house like the subway. Also, I make two meals out of one bowl.
These are my two preferred "fast food" choices! -
Wow that surprised me a little but was super helpful, I normally only go to subway out of all of these, but I love turkey and have never thought of having it in a sub, definitely changing next time I go (:
