The Four Seasons Marunouchi is located near Tokyo Station and Ginza. Great if you're catching the Narita Express from the airport or if you're planning to visit the shops of Ginza. It has large suites that are great for families. Spa is one of the best in Tokyo. No swimming pool however. http://www.fourseasons.com/tokyo The Grand Hyatt at Roppongi Hills has good size rooms and a beautiful kid-friendly pool. Lots of shopping, shops, and restaurants within a short walk. Great playground just down the street. http://tokyo.grand.hyatt.com The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is a large entertainment complex with a bowling alley, aquarium, and 2 pools (indoor and outdoor). Great location if you're catching the Shinkansen to Osaka or Kyoto. http://www.princehotels.com/en/shinagawa A great budget choice is the Tokyo Youth Hostel at Iidabashi. Good sized rooms that are perfect for a family of four. You'll have the whole room to yourself (if you book all 4 beds). They're adult-sized bunk beds and kids love them. Free breakfast too.
