You should not have eaten the crusanthamon flower it was there to display and not to eat. Especially because it's the emperors flower and the chef told him not to eat it it might display disrespect to both Japan's emperor and the chef. As well as mixing the wasabi in the soy sauce in a place like that is also kind of an offence to the chef who made the fish. But do not worry ericsurf6 it's fine you are still learning ☺️

Watching this video, I am quite surprised that you have spent so much time in Japan. I would imagine one would pick up Japanese restaurant etiquette and table manners very quickly. The good news is that you are getting closer to holding your chopsticks correctly. Just one finger shift with curled fingers and you'll have it.

Have you tried raw sea squirt? It is popular with Korean Sashimi. It has a unique taste.
