The sushis are made using fresh ingredients from Tsukiji fish market. I also ate tako (octopus) sushi. All have wasabi on the rice.

I ever tried Daiwa Sushi last April in Tsukiji Tokyo, staying for many hours in the queue. I highly recommend the Toro (fattiest tuna).

Yes i have, it was awesome. i still missed some things like the sushi dai! Anyway i am going next year again and explore more of japan. i really loved it culture, people etc.

One of the few things in the world I am willing to wait 3 hours for. If time is money and I have to pay $300 for equivalent sushi in Ginza, I am on vacation and got time on my hands anyway.

I agree, there is no words to describe the sushi served at sushi dai. It was really had coming back to the states and eating sushi again. I have to disassociate it form real (tsukiji) sushi. It is like of like going to taco bell and knowing it is not mexican food.
