Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 150g mozzarella, diced 1 pear, peeled, cored and grated 100g stilton 4 tablespoons tomato chutney 50g spinach 2 tortillas PREPARATION 1. Cook the spinach in a small amount of boiling water until slightly wilted. 2. Strain cooked spinach, chop finely and pat dry with kitchen towel. 3. Combine the mozzarella, grated pear, stilton, tomato chutney and spinach together in a bowl. 4. Spoon the mixture onto a tortilla and spread evenly. 5. Top with another tortilla, then fry in a hot sauté pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. 6. Enjoy!
