Square Enix Announces Brand New JRPG From Brand New Developer This morning, Square Enix announced something totally new: an original role-playing game from a brand new studio called Tokyo RPG Factory. It’s called “Project Setsuna” and we don’t have many details yet—it’s early, like many of Square’s projects—but it’s coming in 2016, Square says. They formed Tokyo RPG Factory recently to start making original RPGs like this one. “We will never stop moving forward,” Square Enix CEO Yosuke Matsuda said on stage while introducing the game. Seems like the company’s committed to keeping up JRPG production for years to come.
