I think my brain writes games via other people.... I've had an idea and a desire for a game like Man O War for a long time.... and suddenly here it is. Same thing happened with Kerbal Space Program and Software Inc.

Great vid! Cool selection of games

Looking at Syndrome, it reminds me a lot of the movie Pandorum. I immediately am looking forward to that, as a fan of games like Dead Space, Bioshock, and sci-fi concepts like Space Hulks in Warhammer 40K this game looks like it's going to be pressing all my buttons.
It also reminds me of a game concept I wanted to make that I called Adrift. It was going to be a 2d survival side-scroller similar to the game Lone Survivor and would essentially involve a similar scenario; character wakes up, ship has gone to hell, and discovers that time has passed long enough that survivors from before have interbred and created a new species of monster called Ghouls, which roam around the ship looking for prey. The main character would have to jerry-rig his/her tools Dead Space style in order to not only defend themselves but also fix areas of the ship in order to make certain regions traversal. The story would delve deep into the idea of what isolation can do to a bunch of people with huge degrees in sciences when they are in a position where the morals of normal society no longer apply. -
Wasted, are you familiar with the game From the Depths? I think you'd enjoy it.
-
mentions balduars gate ... thats my childhood right there +1, even though i was utter shite at it ...
that vikings game reminds me of a game i played a while back by "JoWood Entertainment" called "Spellforce: The Order of Dawn" ... -
have you seen from the depths w4stedspace

SystemShock brings back memories couple of years later it got even a Graphic update but still the best horror game + it was way ahead of its time
-
System shock is being refurbished check it out looks so good!!

thank you for this video im looking forward to looking at the viking video and im also thinking of buying 2-3 of the games so can u keep us up to date about them that r not on release yet plz
-
O.k Syndrome - I'm calling it now, the both of them are out to kill you and neither is your friend :P
Tokyo 42 - I'm calling the plot too - The guy who hired you as an assassin is the guy who framed you, to make you desperate enough to join :P
Man'O'War looks fun though - can I steal the enemy ships to sell? or use? :D
Expeditions: Vikings sounds really fun too - I'll be looking out for that! :D -
Expeditions: Vikings does look interesting indeed :) Though I've never played the first Expeditions game. Looking forward to your video on the game.

A topic a thinking on is when vr horror games will introduced into being, will weak people decease for real like heart attacks death by horror?
Also a think the game methinks on the war-hammer game is astonishing similar to kickstarter pirate game Blackwake! hu i are supporting
W4stedspace good work on this info :) -
pretty exited for Tokyo 42, can never get enough of top down/isometric shooters.

Loved Expeditions: Conquistador (even kickstarted it) and have been looking forward to their next game ever since. I will definitely be looking forward to an in-depth look at it :)
