This current Sasaki has regained all his memories he is only following as a model investigator. This personally is my favorite persona of Kaneki as the black reaper as he is a contrast of Arima is known as the white reaper.

When Kaneki said "Goodnight Haise, I've had enough of dreaming."(that was the chapter before the montage if I'm not mistaking) that was practically him shutting down the Haise persona... He's awake now, genuinely Kaneki, but yeah, more ruthless, cruel and distant...

I mean, what caused Kaneki/Sasaki to be like that. Well his memories are back, so it's kind of weird that he is still siding with the CCG to begin with. Him siding with the CCG now is weird, but also kind of understandable since he has friends there.
But he has pushed his friends, or rather his family aside, and even left the Quinx.
He also threw Tsukiyama off the roof, but also like Hori Chie said, if Kaneki wanted to kill Tsukiyama he would have killed him.
He's pushing his CCG family away, and also turning very loyal to his job. He's not visiting Hinami, and he is not going back to say anything to Touka or his old friends.
All in all, his behavior is strange both for the old Kaneki, and for Haise, it's kind of impossible to understand what this new Kaneki/Sasaki is thinking. (He's even still going by the name Sasaki Haise, even though his memories are back.) -
