India has followed in the footsteps of the US and the EU and has launched anti-dumping investigations against China but its investigations are stretching further to reach Malaysia, Taiwan and the US. Over in Europe, grid parity for residential and commercial consumers is said to be within reach in several countries including Germany which, along with the US, appears to be at the forefront in the development of utility-scale solar plants. Meanwhile, a new report reveals that emerging solar markets are currently holding 20GW of potential PV projects.
