Information | History | View | Sightseeing | Video
Here at the sushi academy, you can pay a ton of money to go through an 8 week course to get qualified as a sushi chef. Many people from all over the world come here to learn about sushi, and may even end up at prestigious restaurants like the legendary Sukiyabashi Jiro, from the documentary "Jiro Dreams of Sushi". You can come here and spend 3,000 yen, roughly 30 dollars, for all you can eat sushi, which is kind of rare in Tokyo. These chefs in training try their hardest to impress you, and you can order up to 20 sushi at a time, and they will get it to you within a few minutes. Impressive! Located in Tokyo's French Quarter, Kagurazaka, which is a cool place in its own. https://goo.gl/maps/HpAQY

Dip the fish-part of the sushi next time, it reduces the risk of having the rice fall apart. If you want to be entirely correct you should also flip the sushi upside-down so that you get the fish onto your tongue and the rice touching the roof of your mouth.
