Peking Duck in Tokyo! | Tokyo

While good Chinese food can be hard to find in Japan (obviously), Moo Cow wanted Peking Duck. Here are our ducks from Chinese Cafe Eight in Roppongi On October 1, 2010. They have several branches, including a new one in the Shinsaibashi district in Osaka (near the Glico ad and the Kani Doraku moving crab).

@mello2198 If it was sliced like this it was Peking duck. The sauce is a hoisin (rhymes with "soy" "sin") sauce, according to Moo Cow.

@superspryte we went to a chinese restaurant in Tokyo both years I was there - the director treated us - and I got the duck both times. Sorry I don't know specifically if it was "Peking" but I assume it was. They sliced it for us just like this. Along with whatever sauce came with it, it was SOOOOO delicious. :)
