Hi everyone! In this video, I discuss a few packing tips and show what I packed in my checked luggage for my 2 week trip to Japan. I went to Tokyo/Osaka in November, so the weather was mild during the day and chilly in the evening. @KathleenP- awww you are so sweet - your comments always make me happy!! i remember i got lazy a while back when i went to vegas... i didn't try anything on. instead, i just grabbed a few things from my closet and placed them together to see if they would match. they looked fine so i packed them. when i got to vegas, it seemed like nothing went together. a lot of the tops i brought were too short to look good with the pants i brought, etc... that was the only time i felt like i had nothing to wear during vacation. i definitely learned my lesson!

OMG Lesley you are beyond organized! I literally throw the clothes in my suitcase at the last minute for a trip:) It's great that you researched the country first. I had no idea about tattoos being taboo in Japan. Thanks for showing us how you pack! It was really helpful! X

Great tips! I never thought to look up fashion and beauty trends in the area but will definitely try that next time. When I go on vacation I only pack dresses because I'm not very creative when it comes to outfits. By just throwing on a dress it makes everything easier (and faster) for me to dress without thinking. May I ask what size your suitcase was?

this is such a good time to watch this because I'm soon to pack for 19 days in peru and i honestly am not sure about what to bring so if you would like to come pack for me... i also didn't realize japan was so serious about tattoos, very interesting to learn.

You are so organized I will probably have to watch this video if ever I travel cause I would probably just have like 2 pairs of pants and 4 tops lol

Loved this! You're so organized to research fashion and beauty trends for where you're travelling, (I've never done that before!), and that's so smart that you try on everything you're going to take. Great video, very helpful!
The thing is we will be in Tokyo,Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Tsukuba, Nikko, Hiroshima but also go to Okinawa. What would you recommend for Clothes and weather (it will be summer end/ autumn beginning) ?
Also I like that you mentioned the clothing part. My mom teels me to make Outfits I will wear and can Combine with other Clothing Items I bring along. So I won´t have any trouble thinking about that when I will be there.
