Now aside from some kawaii owls, this place had some pretty buckwild decor poppin' off. There was even booze available in this place. In other words, that was a pretty nice Japanese cafe right there. This is disgusting you need to understand that this is torture for them especially that one that was trying to eat it's own feathers that means it's going under high stress and there's no room for them to fly it's a gross display of cruelty on another animal, All Asian cultures are stupid especially the Chinese

Yeah, real talk I'm worried about the owls, pulling and eating feathers can be a sign of stress which I would believe in such an environment. It's a cool idea but I can't imagine it's good for the birds.
