Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike carries the Olympic Flag off an ANA Jet at Tokyo International Airport on August 24th, 2016 in Tokyo, Japan. Koike received the flag via the IOC President at the closing ceremony of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
