Hi Eric, I am really sorry to bother you. I always appreciate your help. May I please ask your advice one last time?
I received an email from the academy in Tokyo and this is what they said. In my opinion, it sounds like a horrible offer. It pays 100000 Yen, becuase it is part time, and they would allow me to stay at their school for 10000 Yen a month, but I would not get a guaranteed pay raise after the first 3 months, and they said I would be part time for 1-2 years. This sounds like a not good contract, but do you think it is good enough to get my foot in the door?
I also, had an interview with a small eikaiwa in Shizouka last night. She told me that "this went really well". I think they want to hire me, and the pay and conditions are much better, but I'd have to wait until they started to process my visa, which they would start at the end of this week, so I'd probably start in a month or maybe longer. The only thing is, I want to leave ASAP, I feel like I wasted my year and my living situation is not good, but I am afraid if I go with part time academy in Tokyo, do you think it would be a good foot in the door or a bad situation? In all honesty. If you have time, here is a post to understand my situation.

it just occurred to me, watching you two paddling in the more remote areas, that i remember BBC nature doing a show about Okinawan women (well into their 60-70's) capturing incredibly venomous sea snakes bare handed to take home and smoke cure... an Okinawan speciality.. was wondering if anyone mentioned these snakes to swimmers lol.. you gotta check these ladies out! https://youtu.be/9kWV2XsxzHk

25:10 "Its just a snack to drink while I'm having beer...." How much beer have you had, Kyde? lol

Loved your Okinawa series! Where abouts were the rock islands that you said reminded you of Halong Bay?
-
man...I think I hate you...you see, I usually watch your videos really late at night and watching you eat all that delicious stuff make me hungry!....AND I end up eating crappy potato chips!!!!!! :( (except for that taco thing)
-
Those international takes on the taco are really interesting. And it's interesting that Taco Bell is your benchmark-- I mean I love me a good Doritos Locos Taco, but the benchmark for me is the local hole in the wall Mexican taqueria. What do you think of an actual carnitas taco vs. the Taco Bell? And have you been anywhere in Asia that does taco the Mexican way rather than the Taco Bell way?
-
no...that is not a taco......and taco bell doesn't serve tacos

For some reason, the footage in this episode looks extra crispy compared to the other 2, is it just me?

Goya scrambled egg might help kyde to conquer goya. 1 goya + 3 eggs. Cut the Goya into small pieces , trickness around 2-3mm. Put it in a Bowl. Add some salt, one third of a table spoon. Toss it. After 20 mins, some juice would be released. This decreases the bitterness. Then oil into the pan. Fry the goya, then beat the eggs. Pour in the eggs. Voila. Goya scrambled eggs. The friendliest , easiest way to start eating goya.
