Hey Elizabeth! I'm moving to Shinjuku or Shibuya this summer for language school, and I am going to be 18. I was just wondering if parties etc occur in Japan like they do in the US. I love to go out to parties or drink with friends and I was wondering how it is for high schoolers and college students and if its a huge difference from the states.
