Narita is about 45 miles away from Tokyo, and there are several options to get into the big city. It was my first time going to Tokyo and decided to use the Orange Limo Bus...great choice! It was seamless to grab a ticket at arrivals, relax on the bus, & dropped off close to my Shibuya hotel. Trip is about 1.5 hours. Hopefully this video provides an idea about the ease to get into Tokyo, via the Limo Bus. Thank you for this video I was thinking about using this shuttle service for my trip. I'm just a little confused on how the roundtrip works since I didn't see a return date when I was trying to order my ticket online. So customer service just told you where to go on the way back? There's no specific date and time for returning? One more question, on the bus ride, is the no cell phone use regarding phone calls, or any use at all? Like if I wanted to take pictures of the outside of my window with my phone? Sorry for all the questions, but thank you tons if you read this!

I'm thinking to take limo as well. How bad was the inbound traffic? I take that it was around rush hour as well.
