January 14, 2015, Tokyo, Japan : Various noodle bowl designs on display at "Mino Ramen Bowl Exhibition" in Tokyo, Japan. About 25 ceramic noodle bowls (Ramen Donburi) designed by creators from the Mino Ceramics Ware Study Group, are displayed as part of the visual presentation of Ramen food as a important part of the Japanese diet or Washoku. Washoku was designed by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage on December 4 2013. This exhibition was arranged by Mr Taku Satoh and Ms Mari Hashimoto, who believe in the importance of the noodle bowls as a part of the dish.
